Our trip to the Art museum in San Jose Costa Rica.
The Costa Rica Art Museum is located at the end of Paseo Colon in the Parque La Sabana. We expected to see a collection of works by Costa Rica's most celebrated artists. On display are said to be some exceptionally beautiful pieces in a wide range of styles, demonstrating how Costa Rican artists have interpreted and imitated the major European movements over the years. Besides the permanent collection of sculptures, paintings, and prints on display, the Art Museum showcases regular temporary exhibits as well.
